Email address and hashed password at account creation. Whatever you enter in the application: accounts, firms, payouts, notes. No payment data passes through our servers: billing is handled by our provider.

Use
Your data is used to operate the service and to contact you about your account. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
Isolation
Every record belongs to a user, and the database refuses by default any read or write that is not theirs. This rule is enforced server-side, independently of application code.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting the account deletes everything associated with it.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your data. Export is available directly in the app; for anything else, write to us.
Processors
Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments and billing, Google Analytics for audience measurement on the showcase site, and only if you accept it.
Cookies
The application sets a single strictly necessary cookie: the one that keeps your session open. It carries no tracking and requires no consent. The showcase site uses Google Analytics to measure audience. It is loaded only after you accept it, never before, and refusing changes nothing to how the site works. There is no advertising cookie, no cross site tracking and no data sold to anyone. You can change your mind at any time through the cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. Refusing after having accepted deletes the cookies already placed.
