Purpose
These terms govern access to PropDeskFlow, a tool for tracking a portfolio of funded trading accounts.

Trial and subscription
The trial runs for 14 days and requires no payment method. After it ends, full access requires a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the applicable rate depends on the billing country.
Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time and ends when the current period expires. No pro-rata refund is issued unless required by law.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have fourteen days from your subscription to withdraw, without reason and without penalty. Write to contact@propdeskflow.com; the refund is issued within fourteen days, through the same payment method. This right comes on top of the free trial, which already lets you assess the service before paying anything.
Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, write to us first: most disagreements are settled in one exchange. Failing that, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels.
Nature of the service
PropDeskFlow is a tracking and organisation tool. It provides no investment advice, places no orders and guarantees no outcome. Trading decisions are yours alone.
Availability
We work to keep the service continuously available without being able to guarantee it. Maintenance windows are announced where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Liège.
